Miley Cyrus Celebrates Turning 19 With Hollywood Party

What's a 19-year-old girl to do for their birthday? If you're Miley Cyrus, you party it up at a big Hollywood party with all your celeb pals. Oh yeah, and a unicorn! Huh?

The erstwhile Hannah Montana star rung in her last bday as a teen with a decidedly more adult bash last night at the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel.

According to a source, Cyrus' beau Liam Hemsworth, Kelly Osbourne, Victoria Justice, AJ and Aly Michalka, dad Billy Ray, mom Tish and sister Brandi were just some of the partygoers inside the private soiree held inside the Beacher's Madhouse club.

Party-planner Osbourne wasn't lying when she promised us there would be lots of "madness and craziness" at the party. At one point during the night, we spotted a unicorn strolling around outside the event! Of course it wasn't a real magical creature. Just a horse with a horn attached to its head.

"It's intimate, but it's going to be the sickest thing she's ever seen in her life," Osbourne teased yesterday just hours before the big bash. "That was my mission for her, to make her birthday...the best day ever."

And sure enough, Cyrus tweeted today: "Can't thank @MissKellyO for the best partyyyy ever! =]]]] i loveeeee you! Let's just say there was a unicorn in the lobby!"

Billy Ray Cyrus's heart is achy, breaky and bitter.

In an uber-revealing, uber-melodramatic interview in GQ, the country star blames "Hannah Montana" and the evils of Hollywood for tearing his family apart.

"I'll tell you right now -- the damn show destroyed my family," he tells the magazine. "And I sit there and I go, 'Yeah, you know what? Some gave all.' It is my motto, and guess what? I have to eat that one. I some gave-all'd it all right. I some-gave all'd it while everybody else was going to the bank. It's all sad."

When asked whether he viewed his family as under attack by Satan, the God-fearing singer and showbiz dad responds: "I think we are right now. No doubt. There's no doubt about it. ... There has always been a battle between good and evil. Always will be. You think, 'This is a chance to make family entertainment, bring families together ... ' and look what it's turned into."

Miley Cyrus has added another tattoo to her collection.

The 18-year-old singer-actress now has a dream catcher inked on her torso, a friend close to Cyrus tells PEOPLE.

"It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters," says the friend. (Miley's siblings are Brandi, 23, Trace, 21, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11.) "The dream catcher is to protect them."

 That brings Cyrus's current tattoo tally up to five.

She also has a heart and a small cross on her fingers, the word 'love" on her ear and the phrase "just breathe" on her rib cage in honor of a close friend who died of cystic fibrosis.

"All of Miley's tattoos have a deep meaning to her," says the friend. "They all represent family and friends close to her."
